At Roslin's we value everyone's time. We require a 72 hour notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. This allows us to accommodate everyone other guests waiting on our cancelation list and secures the viability of our salon and staff. We love our jobs, and want to have the ability to continue to be your stylists.
* We do understand emergencies happen, and allow 1 grace per year*
Under 72 hours a 50% fee will be applied to your profile.
no call no show a 75% fee will be applied to your profile.
*If we can accommodate your services in the same week all fees will be put towards your appointment.
Unfortunately changing time have required us to implement this policy.
