We appreciate our clients and understand that your time is valuable. Efficient scheduling allows us to provide our clients with timely customer service.
Out of respect for your time and that of our staff, we request that all appointment changes and/or cancelations be made 72-hour prior to your scheduled appointment time.
Please call the salon direct at 515-271-0508 should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. The courtesy of an advanced notice allows us the opportunity to rebook the appointment time and fulfill wait list requests for those clients who would likely be able to rebook your reservation, this allows us to provide our services to guests waiting for an appointment.
A 50% service fee will be applied to your profile, and required to be paid before rescheduling. This applies to all missed, rescheduled or canceled appointments. Should we be able accommodate all your scheduled services in the same week, ALL LATE NOTICE FEES WILL BE WAIVED.
Please keep in mind we understand life happens. One graces per year is allowed.
We reserve the right to require a nonrefundable deposit after 2 canceled, rescheduled, late, or no-show appointments. This also includes 1st time appointments requiring more than 2 hours.
